The Practice

Have you ever watched videos that tickle your brain? Something so satisfying, you can't look away? I experience that when I paint, which is why I can do it for hours and lose all track of time. Teacher, medical professional by day, musician, Gothic writer and fluid painter by night. Creation is highest form of self-expression, necessary to the soul who cannot communicate what is within themself any other way but through the senses. If I don't practice an art form, my soul is starved, my heart is broken, my brain is stagnant.
